We took the kids to Cliff's (our local amusement park, which we've learned translates into "the prices are not so amusing - bring your wallet full and it will be empty by the time you leave) - anyway, we went to celebrate the end of summer. Not only that, but because this place is a mere blocks from our house, Paige was asking everytime we drove by, when we were going to get to go. I guess there is something to be said for being the family nag. I will say Paige was pretty fearless and rode all the rollercoasters and every ride she was allowed to. She wasn't quite tall enough to ride the Cliffhanger (below) and was pretty upset she didn't get to go on it, but Bella and her friend, Heidi, loved it.

Some pictures of Paige (and us) on her first day of first grade.

We celebrated Labor Day at Mimi and Papa's with a family barbeque and some bocci ball. We had a couple of new guests this year...baby Mia who was born in July, and Travis' girlfriend, Chelsea.
